Crawfish Bread

I don't think anybody can imagine going to Jazz Fest and not having some crawfish bread. It's actually more like a crawfish calzone and the “bread” part is doughy and plenty greasy with oil from the cheese stuffed inside. (I'm getting hungry just typing this). The little nuggets of crawfish give it that unique and slightly spicy Cajun flavor that reminds you where you are with every bite. This is our shirt to pay homage to one of our favorite foods at Jazz Fest. Actually, if you ask Fleurty Girl herself, this IS her favorite food at the Fest!
